Fishing Lodge includes over 302 spacious, Mediterranean-style villas, 220 of which will be available to resort guests, with stunning marina views and designer furnishings. Villa owners and resort guests have access to the nearby secluded beach, a delightful two-minute ride by private watercraft. 

The Lodge is located within a masterfully designed seaside village which surrounds the largest inland marina in the Caribbean and opens with two restaurants, two bars, four pools, a chapel and elegant retail on both Main Street and the plazas. Fishing Lodge residents and guests also enjoy children’s activities, boat rentals, sport fishing and nautical provisioning. Future restaurants, a nightclub and additional shops are also planned. 

Unlike many other Dominican Republic destinations which offer only all-inclusive plans, the Fishing Lodge welcomes, couples, families, and groups and offers both a la carte and all-inclusive options.  

Fishing Lodge’s Mediterranean-style villas range in size from executive to three-bedroom royal suites, with many featuring private infinity pools and swim-out access.  The village’s marina-oriented surroundings provide an array of amenities for which homeowners would normally need to join several clubs to enjoy. 

The impeccably decorated and furnished condominiums, a number of which are built on low-rise docks, range in size from 850 to 4,300 square feet. While many of the residences have already been purchased, there is still a premier selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom villa homes available.
